Montavist pro5 porting on SBC

Hi,

  I  have to port montavista-pro5 on SBC(x86 architecture).

Please give some input on how to proceed.

As per my understanding,Linke  other Linux variant (For example u-buntu) we can directly intstall it on SBC.

Typically, x86 kernel/filesystems boots without any modifications.  There should be a Quick Start Guide with Pro5 that contains step by step instructions to setup and boot the SBC.  Also, Pro5 comes with the 2.6.18 kernel.  You may also want to take a look at MVL6 which has a much newer kernel.
