A customer posted to the Platform Image Builder discussion about the things he liked, and he posted a couple of criticisms. My plan is to respond in the thread to solicit some more feedback, and to respond to him in Meld via private message to thank him for the constructive criticism, let him know that we are planning to address one of the issues he listed, and invite him to more participation on another thread that's been quiet.
