"Meld connects developers with the embedded Linux community. It is satisfying to see how others encounter the same problem, then I can post 'Yeah I know that, you should do ...' If you have the target board, try the SDK. It gives you a login prompt instantly. No more board bring up. It is one-stop shop for popular embedded development boards." Min has been working on OS and device driver development for over 10 years. He calls it bit-banging since his work always deals with register bits. Currently he maintains the Linux kernel. His wish is to one day to explain his daily duties to non-technical friends in a one-liner. When not in front of a Linux shell prompt, Min supports his mom's IT needs. When there are no mom-generated IT tickets, Min likes to take photography, go snowboarding, and study French.

Much of Doug's background is in the areas of instrumentation and data acquisition. About 10 years ago he decided to jump on the Linux bandwagon and started teaching seminars on it a couple years later.  [10/16/09 - 12/10/09]
Andy Pont Alcatel-Lucent ''Meld is great for discussing embedded Linux issues, trends, development techniques, etc. without being tied down to a particular vendor’s product. You can tap into a worldwide knowledge base without endless "Googling."''
